The number of seats for Masterminds and Think-Tanks are limited. The purpose of this application is to schedule an interview with SJ Performance LLC to determine eligibility for the mastermind group. Applicant selection will be based on ∙ Goals and Objectives ∙ Coachability ∙ Mutual fit
