France has over 30 years of professional experience in the theatre industry culminating in the production of her own plays and films. You may have heard her as the live bilingual announcer at the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2017 Invictus Games or the 2022 Canada Summer Games.

She has experience in initiating new ideas, identifying the key players, raising the funds, building the team, creating the production, and bringing it to the market.

She gives people permission to be who they are without judgment so that they can be more themselves. She provides her clients with a safe space to ask themselves the right questions to hear themselves differently which leads them to better results.

To unlock is to allow somebody to accept fully who they truly are.
